NZEB tour | Net Zero Platinum certified building – CII Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre

The iconic CII – Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre needs no introduction. Certified as the first LEED Platinum New Construction under v2 outside the United States, the building catalyzed several other green building projects across India. Recently, the building underwent an ambitious retrofit targeting the net-zero energy goal. It now features a 150 kWp bifacial solar PV plant, an upgraded BMS and a highly-efficient chiller. The retrofitted GBC demonstrates and showcases the viability of establishing net-zero energy buildings.
Note that the tours are FREE and there are NO REGISTRATION FEES. Participation is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST basis.

Participants must report to the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour. The tour will commence with a short presentation about the building. This will be followed by a detailed tour of the facility and interactive session led by the project team. Participants are welcome to join us for tea after the tour.
